Every client’s keywords checked on Google daily, wherever they rank up to position 100, with their Search Console clicks and Analytics conversions alongside. Projects grouped per client, reports in your brand that open without a login, and one bill for the whole roster: per keyword, nothing per client, seat or project.
No credit card. 10 keywords free, then $0.09 per keyword a month, down to $0.07 at volume. Unlimited clients and projects on every plan.
Closer orbit, higher position. Anywhere up to 100.

Up to top 100
Every keyword, on every plan, is tracked wherever it ranks up to position 100, every day. No “top 20” default, no depth add-on, no extra rate for going past page 1.
A keyword moving from 64 to 31 to 13 is the work paying off. A page-1-only report shows a dash every month until the day it lands, and the client wonders what they’re paying for.
Positions 11–30 are the quickest wins in any account. Sort a client by position, filter to page 2 and 3, and you have next month’s content plan.
Keywords outside the top 100 stay on watch, so a new page that starts ranking doesn’t go unnoticed.
A page-1-only tracker shows two of these eight keywords. Rankzon shows all eight, every day.
Pay per keyword
There is no site auditor, backlink index or AI writer in the price that you’d pay for whether you use it or not. Rank tracking, Search Console, Analytics and client reports, and that’s the bill.
Every keyword is tracked wherever it ranks up to position 100, at the same rate. No depth add-on, no premium for pages 2 to 10.
Projects, clients, countries and teammates are unlimited. A keyword costs $0.09 a month, down to $0.07 at volume, counted per day it was checked: add 500 keywords on the 20th and you pay from the 20th, not for the whole month.
For agencies with many keywords across many projects
Group projects under each client. See who climbed and who slipped across the whole roster before the Monday stand-up, then drill into any site, market or keyword.
Keywords are counted across the workspace, so a big client and five small ones add up to one bill.
One live link per client, no login. Positions, trends, what changed and the top pages, in your brand. Print to PDF for the monthly email; switch the link off when a contract ends.
A project is one domain in one country, in the language your client’s customers search in. The same keyword ranks differently in each, so a client selling in four markets gets four projects, at no extra cost.
Your logo, name and accent colour on every report, with the sections, columns, intro and footer text you chose. Set it once; every client report follows. Premium hides the Rankzon badge and sets a custom title and favicon.
Monthly search volume, keyword difficulty and cost-per-click sit right next to the position, so you can show a client which wins actually matter.
Suggestions and related keywords for every project, with the same metrics. Handy when a new client hands you a list of five keywords and expects fifty.
Position history, 1-, 7- and 30-day change, best-ever rank and project-wide averages, ready for the monthly client call.
Every keyword shows the Google results from its latest check with your result highlighted, so when a client asks “who’s above us?” you can open it and show them.
Link each project to its Search Console and GA4 properties. Clicks and impressions land next to every tracked keyword, and organic sessions, conversions and revenue next to every ranking page, so a report goes from “we moved up” to “here’s what it brought in”. New keywords show their Search Console history on day one.
Queries your client already gets impressions for but you aren’t tracking yet, sorted by impressions, with positions 4–20 highlighted as the quick wins. Add any of them in one click.
We flag keywords where two of the client’s pages compete for the same search, top-5 results that get far fewer clicks than they should, and pages that dropped out of Google’s index, with the reason Google gives.
Core and spam updates are shaded on every ranking and traffic chart, in the app and in client reports. So when a whole project dips, you can show it was the update week, not your work.
Invite account managers and SEOs by email with owner, admin and member roles. Projects belong to the agency, not to whoever created them. New keywords get their first position within seconds.
Launch sequence
Rankzon is young and we’d rather show you the plan than pretend it’s finished. Dates are not promises.

On the pad, fuelled.
Further out, order not final.
Pricing
$0.09 per keyword a month, $0.07 past 2,500 keywords, counted by the day: add a client mid-month and you pay for the days their keywords ran. Most trackers charge $50–$200 a month before you add a single client.
Kick the tyres on your own site.
Agencies of any size, however many clients.
$0.003 per keyword per day. $5 monthly minimum. A month of 500 keywords is $45; 5,000 is $385.
For agencies that put their own name on the report.
Same per-keyword rates with a $100 monthly minimum. Once your usage passes $100 a month (about 1,100 keywords), Premium is included at no extra cost.
Other trackers sell keywords in blocks of 500 and bill the block whether you use it or not. Here the bill is the keywords you tracked, for the days you tracked them.
Ground control
It is built around how agencies work: projects grouped per client, one bill per keyword across the roster, reports a client can open without an account. Freelancers and in-house teams use exactly the same features; they just have one client.
Each client gets one or more projects (a domain in a country and language), grouped under the client's name across the workspace. You pay for the total number of keywords across all clients, so a client with 400 keywords and five with 20 each simply adds up to 500. Share links are built per client, so nobody ever sees another client's data.
Yes. A share link opens a live, read-only report with your logo and colours and no login. Premium accounts can also remove the Rankzon badge and set their own title and favicon. Switch a link off or rotate the URL if a client leaves. Read-only client logins are on the roadmap.
Rank tracking is all we charge for. There’s no site auditor, backlink index or AI writer bundled into the price, and the tracking itself is built to handle large keyword volumes efficiently. You pay per keyword, so the price follows what you actually track.
Because most SEO work shows up on pages 2 to 10 long before it reaches page 1. A keyword moving from 64 to 13 is progress you can report and a keyword to push next; a page-1-only tracker shows nothing until the day it lands. Every keyword on every plan, including the free one, is tracked up to position 100 at the same per-keyword price.
Each check is a real Google results page for the project's country, requested with personalisation off, so it matches what a logged-out searcher there sees. Google still moves things around hour to hour, which is why we track trends rather than obsess over a single day.
Yes, both, on every plan. Connect the Google account that has access to your clients’ properties (read-only), link each project to its Search Console and GA4 property, and we import up to 16 months of history, then sync daily. Search Console gives you clicks and impressions per keyword, keyword ideas, and flags for cannibalization, low CTR and pages that aren’t indexed. Google Analytics adds organic sessions, key events and revenue per landing page, matched to the keywords that rank with each page. Neither appears in a client report unless you switch it on in your template. Search Console’s average position is shown separately from our daily check, because Google averages it across all searches and devices.
Your site wasn’t anywhere in the first 100 organic results that day. The keyword stays on watch, so you’ll know the day it breaks through.
Google, desktop. Mobile tracking is next on the launch pad, and other engines are further out.
By the day, like a cloud provider. Every day we count the keywords we checked for you and add them to your balance at the monthly rate divided by the days in the month ($0.09 per keyword a month up to 1,000 keywords, $0.08 up to 2,500, $0.07 beyond). Add keywords on the 20th and you pay for ten days; delete them and the balance stops. On the 1st you get last month's invoice, one line per day, and we charge your card on the 5th. Months cost at least $5 ($100 on Premium), prorated to the days you were on; a month within your 10 free keywords costs nothing. No seats, no overage fees. Cancel any time and only what you used is invoiced.
Add a client, paste their keywords, and every one is checked right away, anywhere up to position 100. Set up your report template once, and each client gets a link in your brand the same day.
