These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rankzon, an SEO intelligence and keyword research platform (collectively, the "Service"), provided by WK Operations Ltd ("WK Operations", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

WK Operations Ltd is a company registered in Malta (Registration number: C 97833) with its registered address at ADD Malta, Level 2, Hardrocks Business Park, Burmarrad Road, Naxxar NXR6345, Malta.

• Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Use the Service to create a competing SEO intelligence platform

5. Service Limits and Fair Use

Your use of the Service is subject to usage limits and restrictions based on your subscription plan. These limits may include restrictions on data access, queries, exports, and other usage metrics.

You agree to use the Service in accordance with fair use principles and not to abuse or overload the Service. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate access if we detect abuse, excessive usage beyond plan limits, or violations of these Terms.

6. Fees and Payment

• We may change our fees upon reasonable notice
• You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your use of the Service

Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

To request a refund, please contact our support team. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.

This refund policy applies only to your first subscription payment. Subsequent renewals, upgrades, or additional purchases are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, databases, and proprietary algorithms) are owned by WK Operations Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

While you retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, you grant us a license to use, process, and analyze that data to provide the Service, including aggregating anonymized data to improve our platform and intelligence.

These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without our prior written consent.

• Insights or analysis will be comprehensive or exhaustive

The Service provides intelligence and insights to inform your SEO strategy, but we make no guarantees about search engine rankings, traffic, or business outcomes resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WK OPERATIONS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WK Operations Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
