How much Google reshuffled its top 10 overnight, per country, from the same daily checks that power every Rankzon project. When the whole market moves, your rankings dropping isn’t about your site.
How it’s measured
Each keyword’s top 10 is compared with the day before. A page entering or leaving counts fully, a move counts by its distance, and position 1 weighs over three times as much as position 10.
Desktop and mobile are scored separately, then combined per country. A market needs 30 keywords checked on both days before it gets a score.
Only the daily score per market is published. The keywords, sites and pages behind it stay private.
Google weather, answered
For every keyword we checked on two days in a row, how different Google’s top 10 was on the second day: pages that entered or left count fully, moves count by how far they went, and the top positions weigh most. The day’s score is the average over all those keywords, scaled to 0–10.
A country gets a score only on days with at least 30 keywords checked on both days, so a handful of results can’t make a storm. Markets fill in as more keywords are tracked there.
No. The page only shows the daily score per country and device. Which keywords, sites or pages went into it is never published.
A day is scored once its checks are complete, shortly after midnight UTC, so the latest score is yesterday’s compared with the day before.
